As for the MBSA - I would assume they will cut the grass and prune the trees.

#1: Hi, I am one of the resident in Canal Garden, just wonder has any of the owner of the Canal Gardens received the land title? We have been staying here for 2 yrs,and I hv checked with my lawyer, the land title is still in "process" at the land office.
#2. Since the MBSA is taking over in May, will they prune the tree beside cutting the grass?
