Neighbour's Shrubs and MBSA Portal

Having problems with your neighbour's overgrown shrubs and bushes ... lalangs ... specifically those vacant lots. You either call them directly to clear or through their property agents (assuming that they have one of those banner around). One more option for you come May 2008. Call MBSA. What I heard is that MBSA will stick a notice asking the owner to clear / potong lalang within 10 days or so, failing to do so, MBSA will come in and clear it for them and then bill the owner of the house through Cukai Taksiran/Cukai Pintu.

Can someone confirm?
