Another good example where one of our concerned residents took the initiative to share our feedback with KESAS on the "new" contra flow which is affecting the residents of Kota Kemuning. We would like to thank Mrs. Yong for making the effort to help highlight the problems faced by all of us.
Please do your part and buzz KESAS Traffic Department (03-8025-0808) and ask to speak to Encik Zainuddin or Encik Khairy. We need more voices so that we will be heard and appropriate actions will be taken to help ease our morning "traffic pains". Thanks!!!

Called Kesas hotline yesterday and they ask me to directly call their Traffic Department (03-80250808) and ask to speak to Encik Zainuddin or Encik Khairy. I did spoke to Encik Zainuddin yesterday afternoon to complain about the situation. According to him, they change the opening because there are a lot of people coming from the Klang toll complain that there are a lot of queue jumping in the previous contra flow opening. With this change, they plan to set up a meeting with the police to ask the policeman controlling the traffic light at Hicom Interchange to take in more cars from Kesas highway. They hope that by doing this, the jam at the Hicom Interchange will ease and they will monitor the situation for this whole week. I told him that it may not really work because the traffic jam at Hicom Interchange is happening all these while without any improvement even though using the previous contra flow. I ask them to consider other alternatives to ease the pain of the residents coming out from Kota Kemuning/Bukit Rimau and also ask him if the bad traffic jam still persists, then what are they going to do next. He told me that they will consider reverting to the old contra flow opening next week if the result still remains bad this week.
