We received complaints that some of our residents dumped rubbish alongside those "black bags" which typically contain garden refuse for collection by MBSA or Garbage Collector. We have seen some used mattresses, boxes etc.
We would like to seek your cooperation to keep Canal Gardens clean. Please do not litter!
