Security SOP & Suggestions

From another concerned resident - Mr. Gan. Thanks for the effort and we would welcome more feedback and suggestion on how we can further improve our security. We would certainly implement whatever measure which keeps our community safer.

Recent complaint on CG Blog was a good example and it really probe the weakness of CG security. In fact i seem it myself almost everyday during my entrance & exit of CG.

Proposed Solution:

1. Send a notice to all CG residents for SOP of CG access
2. At Guard House, we should have also include this notice so that all residents is fully aware on this SOP.
3. CG Blog setup was a execellent job, it can be become the main point for all CG residents to access and have a better collaboration between the CG community. With that, I believe CG SOP document should be posted in this Blog. Simply I believe there are a lot of residents didn't even have a copy of SOP.
4. We should start allocate the people in-charge to monitor day to day of this security concern.
5. Should start looking into implementing a proper visitor management system.
6. If we do not act on it now.. worst can become coz CG comprises of 600 units houses unlike other gated community. Typically others has around 200 units.

I sincerely hope my comments and suggestions is taking into the consideration from CGRC.
